WealthTV Recognizes Six Most Luxurious Vehicles by Anthony Fontanelle

In connection with the ongoing Chicago Auto Show, six luxury vehicles were recognized by WealthTV, the leading lifestyle and entertainment network. At the start of the auto show, the lifestyle network announced the winner on their online poll conducted over a span of three months prior to the auto show.
There are six categories on the poll conducted by WealthTV which started last November 2006. The award shows how much a luxury car has ingrained itself in the hearts and minds of the network's viewers. This year, the brands Lexus, Bentley, Range Rover, Aston Martin and Chevrolet are the recipients of the prestigious Viewer's Choice Award which is made from crystal.
Lexus won two of the six categories and this shows how far the Toyota luxury brand has come in their 20 years in the luxury car market. The Lexus LS460 continues to earn accolade by winning the Most Exciting New Release of 2007award. This puts the Lexus LS560 in a position to be a serious threat to its competitor in their class. Another Lexus model to bag an award is the Lexus GS Hybrid which won the Most Advanced Use of Hybrid Technology of 2007 category. This may not come as a surprise since its parent company is producing the most popular hybrid electric vehicle in the US - the Toyota Prius.
The Chevrolet Corvette was voted as the Hottest Sports Car Under $50k of 2007. The Corvette incidentally is making noise also in the Chicago Auto Show where two special edition versions of the model will be sold in limited quantities.
The three categories left were won by vehicles from the brands Range Rover, Bentley, and Aston Martin. In the Most Luxurious SUV of 2007 category, the Range Rover came out on top boosting the moral of DaimlerChrysler. WealthTV viewers voted the Bentley Continental Flying Spur as the Most Luxurious Sedan of 2007. Topping the list as the Hottest Sports Car (with no price limit) of 2007 is the Aston Martin V8 Vantage. The awards given to all those vehicles will be a big help in their marketing.
Robert Herring Sr., chief executive officer of WealthTV emphasized the magnitude of the award given in his statement. "WealthTV continues its tradition of allowing our viewers to determine the most exciting luxury automobiles in each category for the year. Recognition by the hearts and minds of the luxury car enthusiasts is the best recognition an automotive company can receive." Joe McDonald, the producer of wealth on Wheels where the winning cars will be featured believes that the consumers ultimately judges what the best cars are making their award more meaningful to win and a better reflection on the sentiments of automotive enthusiasts.
The said lifestyle network will air the highlights of the Chicago Auto Show on their Wealth on Wheels series. The cars that won the prestigious awards will be featured on the said show. Aside from being featured in the said series, winners were also given a hundred thousand dollars worth of airtime in advertisement space on the lifestyle network. The Wealth on Wheels series focuses in the latest trends in technology, luxury and speed on the road. The series allows viewers to see what it is like to be in an auto show, in a factory of luxury cars, and it also lets them know what industry experts think via their in-depth interviews.
WealthTV is a lifestyle network that gives its viewers informative shows which tackles what every person in America dreams of. They cover a wide array of subjects related to luxury like travel secrets and, fast and flashy cars that would need EBC Redstuff brake parts to stop them.
